"You men really content with hiding here in the woods? Fighting women and kids for their goods and greaters?"
Maul had joined the band of Brigands only a few days earlier, but he knew he didn't like their leader. He was a short man, they say he was a House Swordsman before he was relieved of his duties and cast out.
The leader, Bran Galine, stood up from the other side of the fire they had built in the crater of a fallen tree. "If you don't wish to be here big guy you can leave. We don't need you here." Bran says and rests his hand on one of his short swords.
The other five men sat and watched. Maul was a six feet tall, muscles upon muscles
Here I sit, alone with my thoughts
Grasping the bracelet I had made for my fallen comrades
Here I sit, wondering what tomorrow will bring
Waiting for the break that seems to never come
Here I sit, waiting for salvation from a fate I don't deserve
Praying to everything that I can make it to the other side
Here I sit, having deep seated feelings of failure
But I know I am still winning
Here I sit, trying to be optimistic
The silver lining is there, I just have to acknowledge it
Here I sit, waiting
Waiting for what comes next. Hoping I can make it
Here I sit, pushing forward. Never give up.
Live for them, because they died for you...
Here I sit.

My series of character profiles in Broken Thoughts are a collection of characters I am creating for a literary project I'm working on.
As I develop more characters more of the world comes to life and soon it will be time to craft everything into one. Inspiration comes in manny forms, building characters is my primary inspiration for stories.
The need for something
The need to make yourself feel something different
The need to stop your mind from hurting
The need to make the pain go away
The need to drown yourself in mind altering effects
The need
The need
The need
Stay true. Never give up. Easier said than done.
Fight the need
Do you know why women are so amazing? Because all of them are beautiful. Yes some more than others but unlike men all of them have an appeal to them. Their little smiles, cute little giggles, soft curves.
I am truly thankful that women are as amazing as they are. Makes everyday wonderful!
